MISC: Ryan's hair is darker and shorter than Russell's. Russell is bulkier and slightly taller than Ryan, and has more scruff rather than being clean shaven.
PERSONALITIES: Of the two, Ryan is the dorkier twin but also deals with the business end more so than his brother. Even when he's being serious, a bit of his humor can shine through. When he's making deals and taking contracts, he's very professional and efficient. On the job, he is skilled but not as much as his brother.
Russell is the goofball of the two. Bad puns and jokes are a common thing with him. He often acts silly without caring how he looks, and sometimes this makes him look like he takes nothing seriously. He is very laid back and down to earth naturally. When he's on the job, he is very skilled and hardworking. Ryan is the one to find a job, and Russell is the one to complete it.----------------------------------------------------------------------------- the history --
The Renshaw twins were born to thieves and therefore born to be thieves. They came into this world in some shack deep within the bowels of the commons of Goldcrest. Ryan was first only by a few seconds, but he's lorded that over Russell for years now. Their father, Markus Renshaw, was a legendary thief. There was nothing he couldn't supposedly steal. He taught the twins everything they knew when it came to the art, because that's how he presented it. It wasn't just a job, but a craft they had to perfect. There was more to it then cutting purses and sneaking into houses; there was a finesse to it.
Even with Markus' busy and risky profession, the twins saw a lot of their father. He hadn't had much of a father to speak of, so he wanted to do right by his own sons. They saw their mother most of all, who completely dropped her thieving ways in order to raise the two. They were taught from the very beginning that family was important and they had to have each other's backs. Neither parent had to worry too much about that lesson, as the twins were virtually inseparable. You couldn't get one without the other, even upon request.
They didn't have the greatest of childhoods, given that most of it was spent living in the shadows. However they made the best of it with optimistic attitudes and playful personalities, both of which came very much in handy to divert suspicion from themselves. They appeared too honest and kindhearted to be thieves; too cheery and genuine to do that to anyone. It was genuine, which made their jobs all the easier to pull off. So when their dad began to get older and take less jobs, they picked up the slack themselves.----------------------------------------------------------------------------- the player --
