The backbone of Goldcrest's impressive economy. Ships of all sizes come and go at all hours of the day and night making this among the busiest of the city's districts. Many members of the Mariner's Union and Merrill's Marauders moonlight as dock or warehouse workers. The Guard is a moderate presence here, though the workers and sailors that are often found here tend to police themselves.
