The backbone of Goldcrest's impressive economy. Ships of all sizes come and go at all hours of the day and night making this among the busiest of the city's districts. Many members of the Mariner's Union and Merrill's Marauders moonlight as dock or warehouse workers. The Guard is a moderate presence here, though the workers and sailors that are often found here tend to police themselves.

If the Harbor is Goldcrest's backbone, the Gilded Plaza is the city's heart. As the hub of trade, mercantilism and manufacturing, the Plaza is another district that is never quiet or empty. It's also home to the largest residential area in the city. The strength of the Guard's presence here is second only to the Palladium Square.

The Commons were, long ago, the epicenter of the city and its largest residential area. The city's rapid expansion left this stretch of urban sprawl behind to decay and fester. The city's poor and destitute scrape by whatever living they possibly can here. Crime is rampant in the streets as the City Guard rarely bothers to venture into the slums.

The hub of Goldcrest's military might. The Citadel is a large keep located near the coast, adjacent to the docks. A multi-faceted facility, The Citadel houses the head of the City Guard, Goldcrest's army and their naval forces. The Enclave is located here as well as a precaution in case the entire might of Goldcrest's armies need to be turned upon the mages. That The Guard has a strong presence here shouldn't need to be said.
