Among the most heavily guarded areas within Goldcrest. The City Guard and the Chevaliers patrol the Enclave not only to police the mages, but to keep them safe. The Enclave has large sections for training and expansive libraries and dormitories where the mages live and work under the watchful eye of their guardians.

Board Description
The Citadel

The hub of Goldcrest's military might. The Citadel is a large keep located near the coast, adjacent to the docks. A multi-faceted facility, The Citadel houses the head of the City Guard, Goldcrest's army and their naval forces. The Enclave is located here as well as a precaution in case the entire might of Goldcrest's armies need to be turned upon the mages. That The Guard has a strong presence here shouldn't need to be said.
