Stealing came so naturally to her. Which made sense considering she was a thief.
It also explained why she'd idly stolen someone's purse in the market place. It was so crowded and so hard to track anyone in the crowd. It was perfect for pickpockets like her. Which was why her hands had moved my themselves to delve into someone's pocket and cut the purse loose.
She couldn't help but stare at it now. Then shove it away in her clothes.
Who was she to argue with deft, clever hands?
She'd earned a meal for herself today. That is, if the fool she'd just suddenly stolen from didn't realize the lack of coin in their pocket any time soon.
Although there was a tap on her shoulder that made her turn. Was it her victim? Or someone else who'd seen? Regardless, she squinted and frowned up at them.

Jack was not a very good thief. Like….not at all, not even a little bit. Which was unfortunate considering that he relied on stealing to eat, and survived -Which was part of the reason why Jack was so skinny and altogether bare bones and ALWAYS starving as hell.
So Jack learned to take opportunities when they came to him because they didn’t come around that often…
….And seeing as Jack’s eyes were now laid squarely at a girl considerably smaller and younger than her….Well the streets might as well be the jungle and Jack could see a prize coming up soon…
“Excuse me but ha-OH MY GOD WHAT’S THAT RIGHT BEHIND YOU!”
Bo could only stare for several seconds. Then laugh in his face. "You were dropped on your head as a babe, yeah?" She finally asked. That had been the worst excuse for a distraction she'd ever seen.
Which was saying something.
"Look you idiot, if you're going to try distracting someone, make it believable.Sseriously, that was rubbish. Doing little stunts like that isn't going to-" She broke off abruptly as her eyes flicked behind him. Then they widened. "Shit it's the guard!"

Well, that didn’t go as planned….
….Jack’s face fell rather rapidly once it became clear tat the little girl wasn’t exactly buying his oh so clever ruse. Which was mildly discouraging.
Still, god loved a tryer.
“OH MY GOD. TURN AROUND. YU NEED TO TURN AROUND RIGHT NOW ! IT’S UNBELIEVABLE….IT DEFY DESCRIPTION! QUICK TURN AROUND, BEFORE YOU MISS IT! “He shrieked out loud reaching out his hands in typical family manner his index fingers jabbering away rapidly practically begging the girl to turn around
Eventually, Jack frowned and lowers his hand understandably upset and not at all pleased that his plot didn’t exactly work “Wow...that’s just..wow...You know what you are? Cynical? Really you’re not even going to turn around for a second? Wow. Free your mind. Let yourself take in the magic of the universe….Dick. And an-”
Before Jack could continue. His eyes widened in fear as the girl pointed out that there was a guard right behind him. Almost instantly Jack spins on his heels clearly in a panic putting his hands up defensively almost on instinct “I DIDN’T DO IT. NO ONE CAN PROVE IT. IT WAS HER ALL HER. I WAS FRAMED.IT WAS MY TWIN BROTHER. IT WASN’T ME I SWEAR TO THE GODS!”
Once he spun around, Bo reached up and smacked him on the back of the head. No one was behind him. "You idiot!" Bo was laughing hard enough to snort a few times. This boy really was a dull one.
"See that right there was what you were supposed to do. Be convincing, yeah?" She doubted she'd have to be too convincing for this kid though. "Otherwise you're never going to get anyone to listen to you, or get anything."
Bo looked him over. "I'm guessing you're a thief, yeah? A bad one." She snickered. "No wonder you look like a beggar. Tinmen get you a lot?"
